• Process and fulfill your order, including assigning it to a licensed Service Provider
• Communicate with you about your order, including status updates
• Arrange shipping of cremated remains
• Provide customer support
• Maintain and improve the Site

• With the licensed funeral home or crematory ("Service Provider") assigned to your order, so they can perform the requested services
• With service providers that support our operations, such as our payment processor (Stripe), email provider (Resend), and shipping provider (Shippo/USPS)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
